We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control, and Estique is not liable for any such delays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Estique is not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping details.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Estique. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return or exchange it, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
